para Tinkerbell056 : Yes, as I said. Interestingly enough, she's now working in a similar position away from the sex industry. Kudos to her for being resourceful.

para LynneNiP : Kathleen Molloy worked at the NHS Health Centre at Litherland Town Hall , Liverpool , the reported version was that one of her work colleagues had seen her on a porn tube site .
The word got back to her bosses and they suspended her - then she later got herself signed off sick ; however someone threatened to go to the papers .
So Senior Management gave her an ultimatum , resign by 5 o'clock giving her the option to go quietly for the good of * all concerned * or be sacked .
She took them to a Employment Tribunal for unfair dismissal & won as they hadn't followed due disciplinary process , but it turned out that she would have been sacked anyway for the HR catch all ' to bring into disrepute ' / ' contravening social media policy ' , that's if had they done it properly .
So her compensation was reduced to circa £1880 .
She also asked for a private tribunal but was told it wasn't possible as it was ' in the public interest ' .
